The trouble is the cracks are so feckin narrow. You can barely get a knife blade in between them. so when a weed establishes itself it is very hard indeed to pull it out without simply tearing a bit off and leaving the root in there. And you can't get glyphosphates here any more.
So I think we'll have to get the finest sand we can, mix it with cement and ram it in there.

You can tell I'm not a bricky type person!
The reason I say that is because to me cement is just one ingredient in concrete although I now read that some people say "cement" when they mean concrete.

So I think I'd like to sweep concrete dust into there then sprinkle with watter. The main problem is still there though, finding sand fine enough.

The rover has a pet rock.

not sure how to work the blamed thing properly yet so managed to delete others.
We have now seen a male and a female.
Wretched things prolly eating our fruit. when they are not chewing on the bark of trees!
Very pretty though.
And 15 degs C at 1 a.m., it certainly has been hot here!
Looking a bit stormy now.

Well the trip went well, I used the access mode and they both got in and out ok. Then we got back to their place and the damn thing stuck in 'motorway' mode and would not release. Mum struggled to get out but we managed in the end!Lovely! Don't forget to go to access height forthem to get in/out.
We have also used a step stool to help the MIL get in the car.
Have a lovely time.
Altogether a great lunchtime spent with them. Dad got a little confused and wanted to go home but we were done by then so not too much of a trial.

Landy trip with mixed weather to other end of me large island. Stopped at Kildalton chapel built in the 8th century, with the Celtic cross - one of the best preserved in Scotland
