A leaning wheel??

Well, from behind, my '78 series 3 swb leans ever so slightly to the right, but the rear offside wheel leans in at the top. I have another axle on another vehicle so if it's a wear issue, may need to refurb and fit new one. Thanks for any advice offered...

Most Series seem to lean a bit, I seem to remember reading somewhere that the official tolerance is 1"
If one wheel is leaning compared with the other, the axle is bent.

Aye, a good spanner check might help.

Just thought about it and answered my own question as the sussy units are turret mounted and not wishbones! Durr.

ah reckon yer wheel bearings are shot or yer wheel is buckled. bent axle??? highly unlikely. loose bolts?? nope! camber adjustment on a series? dint make me larf

You're right, I probably am. I spend too long looking at single seaters
