Well, I have finally got the 90 back together and it started 1st turn of the key not bad for a 35 year old Landy that has just undergone major surgery lol

Cassul ippo had steel on inner brick and woodurn lintul on outer brick.

Wimblowdriver Towers has concrete lintels over the inner leaf and bridging the cavities. Except one of the lounge windies which is 3 metres wide, that one has twin 6'' x 3'' universal beams - one for each leaf. I had to put a 3" x 3" stainless angle over one of the other windies before having a new windy fitted (the third one had already been done in a previous life but in mild steel). I'll be putting a stainless angle over the patio door this weekend. With 3 more to do in the future. Maybe.

Last house I built an extension on, the planning refused as “too big”. I insisted on a site visit and said I would peg it out.
They came and looked all said “that’s fine”
Got my papers through that week then took the pegs out put them in the proper place as per drawings and dug it out.

They don’t bring tape measures they thought they were looking at 9m when really it was 7.5m . It was my own bung a low roof on it

As for the pitch of the roof Shirley that could be argued as a location issue and such a low 1 is “stupid” ( sure there is a pc word for that).
Either way the officious numpties really try your patience, but you really don’t want to **** them off so keep your cool Kev.
But I must say your architect doesn’t sound like he is helping ( except charging you) send him to the bitch to ask exactly what she wants and then explain it to her why, it has to be in proper confusing speak If he wants his money.

Throbbing pain in her lower abdomen RH side. Hurts more when she sits or lies down.
Its keeping us both awake. I keep saying get a Dr. involved , she keeps refusing.
