Im in agony ive done my back in :(:( I was coughing/chocking over the sink an felt a twinge after
I stood up then got a sharp pain across my lower back which put me on my knees. :(
Ouch! We all feel your pain, because we have all been there. A sneeze, cleaning your teeth, tripping on a step all of these can cause a sudden spasm and or a little disc issue. :(
Get well soon.

Evening folks:).

Its been raining here too all night and today so change of plan:).

We went into town today to do a supply run, 250quids worth fills the back of a proper Range rover:) Mind you I am thinking the cat food is starting to encroach on my beer space lately:eek:.
We buy butter and cheese in 2.5kg blocks and we are using the last 1s so 1 each of them.
Had curryvertz and chips at the food cart in the carpark of Metro on the way out, cant beat a romantic take out:D.

Back home and kicked the fire as its still chilly ere:). soon be cosy:D.

J
I bet M said "J you really do know how to show a girl a good time!"
Reminds me of a guy in Bath who once invited a girl out to dinner, she got all dressed up and he took her to .....
............the Wimpey and said "you can have anything you like!"
:D:D:D:D:D:D:D

Had a play on the Centec today whilst tearing the 90 apart

Dead jealous. :)
I have been playing in my little "shop" today making some bike parts for a mate.
Who knew drilling out a 20mm bar to take a 12mm bolt would be so time consuming and needing 4/6/8/10 & 12mm steps. :D
I keep looking at bigger lathes but I really cannot justify the expense when I am just a meddler/tinkerer.

Mega claim my mate got 50k for getting a astra wiper blade imprinted on his ugly mush. :D
I hope she's ok. ;)
Jeez that's nearly as much as my son in law got for a surgeon totally feckin up his replacement hip op, so he ended up not being able to carry on in his job and is now having to retrain as a driving instructor.

Oh feck!:(:(:(
Is a back problem new to you?
Speaking as one who has suffered with one since I was 17, you will understand how much I sympathise with you.
Take it easy, bed and pain killers short term then think about a chiro or summat.
all the very best with getting over it mate.;)

Ive had a few back probs in years gone by, probably a mix of contact sports throwing myself off snowy mountains, heavy lifting, truck tyres, engines bla bla
Call to the docs in the morning to see what I can take for pain relief, & then to the chiro there is a superb one locally. My mate does all the bodybuilders oh he's rough lol I couldnt walk for 2 days after the last time. (no sexual puns needed here)

I would say that 1/2 a bottle of quality Malt should make you feel as if nothing matters at all. ;)

The S&B lathe cost me £700 and it included 2 chucks plus all the other tooling (in fact more than I could use) the Raglan was 'free' as it came from a family friend (free but around £140 in expenses).
The Centec cost £500 including a load of tooling etc.
All these old British bits of iron can still be had for reasonable money if you stay away from the big names like Myford and Harrison etc :)

Good for you!
nowt like a GOOD chiro.
My recent one has been not very good, :( so I'll be going back to the chiropractic school.
Only problem is I'll have to buy a pair of cheap trainers as when I go there they insist on me "warming up" (or whatever it's called) in the gym first. So I have to do a little stint on the rowing machine. which I love, as I used to row so I always knock it out the park, even at the age I am.
My other pair (don't laugh) are in France as I took them over there cos I promised myself I'd start running up the mountain road outside out house!. (Never happened obvs!)
I ONLY ever buy trainers for this sort of reason as I am so old I wouldn't be seen dead in trainers any more. I have visions of ancient Merkins in Florida with outsize trainers, jeans and outsize baseball hats, looking feckin stoopid!

Anyway, today's joke, "Novax Djokovic,

......... no wonder the dick didn't get into Aussie land"
(You may have read this elsewhere, but I have yet to see it.
Too obvious maybe!!!!!):):):):):)

Ta much matey ;)

I dont have pull up bar, I could try swinging from the rafters in the shed. (not from the neck) o_O
well being hunched over you are prime bait for a bit of bumming off me and @Broke Again o_O
If that does not give you the incentive to hurry up and heal nothing will , we can be there in 5 hours o_Oo_Oo_O

You have been warned - get well soon or else o_Oo_Oo_O
