Cheeky Bastid can't even spell my name right after he pinched me moniker!!!;)

I have to nip into Ikea on Tuesday morning and pick up yet another Billy bookcase. That will make nine in this gaff.
I haven't counted my book cases, but I sure as heck have a lot of books. some shelves are double-banked and all!
I have just mentally counted em up and with your 9nth you'll beat me. but wot size are they all, eh? i have some floor to seiling numbers and some quite small ones. And one i inherited from my dad should prolly count as two if not three.
I love reading, just don't get enough time for it. Oh and that is not counting the bookcases in Frogland.

It has been a pleasant day and we got some more work done in the garden. Well I say garden, more like a patio and a shed :)
Going to have a day off tomorrow. I have a couple of interviews next week as I am planning on rejoining the rat race
I don't dare ask why you might want to join the rat race, so i won't but I'll still be wondering!
Nothing on earth would make me want to go back to work.:(:(:(

The other one we had for 5 years was superb, even when it froze all the fridge contents, im sure
it was caused by the misses over filling it, once it was emptied & switched back on it ran fine for weeks.
This is the 2nd new one.
I fort so.
We've got a fridge freezer in the utility room we haven't used for a long while now, ever since we fitted the american number in the reinstalled kitchen. Single vertical fridge over freezer under number. Worked great for about 22 years.
I think I am right in saying that fridges and freezers are usually amongst the most reliable white goods in peeps houses.
TBH only one I ever had that bit the dust was one my ex stabbed to death trying top get the ice out of it when cleaning it.
The rest we just changed cos they were too small.;) so the non-switched on one we are using to store stuff until I have finished the utility. In the end someone will get a damn good FF for not much dosh, if any!

I was in the scouts & had a ball, camping, canoeing, went to outdoor centres built rafts ect
Done loads of mountain climbs, abseiling, shooting/archery ski-ing.
Then there was bob a job feckn auld bastids loading you up like a pack horse up wiv shopping
then walking a mile back home
I fink i might have said, "Hey up. it's a bob for 100 yds!";)

These are all frost free things but I remember my dad chippin the ice off the frezer when I was a lad.

Quite a lazy afternoon....tidied up around the house & the misses hates when I start cause
I bin everything, she did larf saying if she stood still long enough id chuck her out too. :D
In our house it's the other way round and I'm the one complaining as Wifey tries to chuck my stuff out. It ends up in a pile in the garage or somewhere.

Went for a ruby tonight, yup the place is called the ruby :D
Salt n pepper prawns, chikn curry & tai green curry for the misses which was really nice.
And we had a chinee. Had double cooked pork, twas OK the Rioja was surprisingly good too. (in restos we don't usually buy bots if the house wine is OK. Why buy a book when you have a library at home, eh?) but the house stuff was only a quid cheaper per bott than summat off the list.
Wot do you drink with a curry? I allus drinks beer, maybe even lager.:eek::eek::eek:
