No overnight rain, just a heavy dew on the grass and the mini-barn's roof, all else is dry.
Made milady a coffee and set out her puzzle-book and glasses for her while she dressed.

Anhoo I aint heard from wonder boy who was meant to go and get copper nails first thing
phone switched off, tis very frustrating wont be long before this job is finished and he's gone.

I can tolerate the mice, it’s when the Rolands come in from munching on the beet I get nervous.

We get both but the cats n dog usually wipe them out. I did set the roland trap (humane one) in kitchen
and it went off Jerry would get out it Roland wouldnt.

To date, no sightings for me, however the beet is still in the fields. I’ve got several Fens soaking in opportune places. Phook humane, they are a blight.
