Is it easy to replace a windscreen seal yourself or is the windscreen likedly to crack on removing it?

If yer seal is knackered, just cut it out with a stanley knife or similar. Your more likely to crack the screen when you come to refit it. Handy if there's two of ye's

check the terms of yer insurance as you might be able to claim fer an "accidental" breakage

i broke two trying to fit them then got some Busterbus advice and the third was a charm. Wouldn't describe it as easy though...

That is a good point... Espcially as I think my father has 'tidied' the garage since I left for uni, so he'll know where it is.
