If he accosts "young" men in Meole Brace car park to talk about his V8 P38, maybe?
Or of he has a Freelander and a accosts "young" men in Morrirsons car park to tell them they too have a P38, the also maybe.

Basically, people in Shrewsbury like to accost young men in car parks.
I saw a guy standing by mine as I came out of Tesco's he was made up to see another diesel manual. He has one as well ,he still waves when our paths cross.

Gave mine a good inspection for its MOT which is the 9th of next month..

Mine was £50,110 new in 2001

the 2nd owner in 2005 at 59k miles payed £18.995 :confused::D

Amazing what depreciation does! :D

If I used the 1st owners £ per mile depreciation , mine is now worth nothing.....:eek: No point in selling it then , may as well keep it and enjoy it..:p:p

Cheers
Looking at it that way the value of mine is in deep minus figures ;)

No point selling I agree, keep it and enjoy it fancy a nice L322 myself would have to be a late model though like yours!

Nah, the late L322 is horrible!

Stereo is really loud.
Heated seats in winter are too hot and when on the hottest setting , heated steering wheel means I have to take my gloves off.
Cooled seats in summer, make me small parts smaller.
FBH for those chilly mornings. Makes my deicer a waste of time and money.
Oh and that diesel is really bad as I keep having to slow down and use the ACC to stop myself getting a ban on the mway.

Really horrible I say.;)

Actually only thing I really think is a let down is the lack of storage space in the vehicle for the odds and sods around the cabin. Talk about having first world issues...:p

Cheers

Took out the heater matrix today cut the box a bit and got the new Audi one in got to run the new pipes tomorrow oh and fitted new ribbon to hevac control just waiting for new bulbs been on order for two weeks
My new audi matrix arrived today If it stays dry over weekend will go out to fit it. How much of the box did you need to cut out and what did you use?

I don't know what mine was worth new as I never got all of the paperwork with it. So let's say 45k seems fair. Currently on about 260k, over its life it has cost 17p a mile. That is assuming it is worth **** all right now. Not going to even attempt to work out how much fuel has gone into it over that time.
