Quite, this is a totally winable case. The packaging doesn't matter at all and an item has to be fit for purpose, not working after an hour is totally unfit for purpose. See my previous post.
And re the credit card, you have to act quickish with this, you only have 100 days I think if you want to go that way. But even without it, they have no chance.

Im allowed to move back into the unit as we are selfiemployed only 4 people allowed in the yard
so happy days, empty my workshop at the house in the morning.
Got a free heater today..... cleaned the filter......boom luvy jubbly
