What a shame if that is the case. Most of the gluten free ones taste of cardboard unless toasted.

I'll correct myself... although I don't buy bread for home, I can eat bread. It's just not something which I buy, probably due to the fact that I end up throwing much of it away.

We have to freeze bread over here as there is no bakery nearby and it goes off so fast in Frogland. I wrap it up in a bin bag and freeze it. 1 min in the microwave and the loaf comes out lovely.
Then back in the bag then in the fridge till i need it again. Never throw any away.
Do the same in England. One loaf or Warburtons will last me two weeks kept in the fridge, as only I can eat it.
