Yer chimley needs an air flow ter allowd new air int chimney un ter flow oat. This will stop condensation un damp bild up. If yer does put an air brick int then does it er few feet oft grand so yer dunt get creepy crawleys int.

I will put a vent into the chimbley within the loft space (easy access and an easy job). Then it will be ventilated almost full height. It is on the job list in biro so it will get done one day .
