Yes, so do I, and go for it.
Going for an aircut next week so will be getting the 1098 out again for a blast but we dont have good roads here so it certainly keeps the concentration up to spot the potholes.

Morning All
Cool & "Rain-spotting" out there this morning.
Paper's got. Cat's are fed. I will try to take "Itchy" to the Vet today. She's still not at all well. No longer throwing up but has gone at thin as a rake, eats & drinks often but all her musculature is gone she is just a bag of bones.
She can no longer leap up onto the worktops and often falls. It may be kidney failure, or hyperthyroidism. She's sinking fast poor little thing. Only 11 this year.
Week 3 of enforced occupation begins.
The house is nowhere near ready, it will be "weeks" yet .

"Itchy" cat is booked in for Weds 09:45. Vet consult and possibly either the BIG-JAB or a sedate and blood-test.
Not looking forward to either eventuality at all. She's the sweetest little thing ever.

So yesterdays blast on my bike cancelled, my 16 year old son broke his arm below the elbow in 2 places. Skate boarding !
Quite traumatic with the bones piercing thro the skin
Currently in surgery

Thanks for the update. It looks as if the outlook in your house is as gloomy as mine although yours is not weather related.
