L322 squeak on rear

my l322 3.0td6 2005 has started squeaking when i get in and out...(thought it was my weight lol) but today after driving to wakfiled and back noticed it does it most the time with either 3 people in or 1.... sounds like rear drivers side.. but not all the time if was fine on the motorway but thinking the road noise covered it... what could it be??? and only does it a little at low speed. put your foot down and dont hear a thing... any ideas guys

I got more than a squeak last time I got in and out of the rear,she screamed blue murder.

Hi John,
I had the same on both mine and it turned out to be be worn brake pads on Both. As the pad got thinner the metal edge started to rub against the disc edge scraping off the rusty lip. Worth a look.
