Hi Guys,

anyone out there have a red dongle for the Hawkeye diagnostic
HawkEye Diagnostic Need Red Dongle BA 5078

ether buy or borrow ? stuck on suspension job and you can't get them at the moment.

thanks

I have just bought a Hawkeye total - looks like a great piece of kit but completely useless as I don’t have this red dongle either and it looks as though it’s now obsolete!

Is there an alternative diagnostic kit I can use to reset air suspension and get fault codes for a 2003 L322 ??

Good evening Dekesta,
Did you get your Hawkeye Red Dongle? If so could you please supply details of the internal connections? I have attached a copy of the internal connections for the Grey Dongle BA 5077 (P38 SRS Airbags) which may help with pin numbers. If you need them I can also supply the internal connections for the Blue (P38 Air Suspension) and Green (Defender Security) Dongles.
I am also looking for he internal connections for the Black Dongle and would appreciate any help.
Regards, David

You've not had much luck with your questions dude, have you considered the nanocom or rsw solutions for the suspension job?

I am quite happy with my Hawkeye Total thank you! I have all the dongles for Defender and P38. My enquiry for Red and Black dongles was made because I have 2 friends with Discovery 4 models, one with a Freelander 2 and I am contemplating an L322 for myself. Also I am well aware of RSW Solutions and have their EAS unlock software. Their EAS Unlock V3 is designed for USA models and does not cover Diesels. As to Nanocom, I would need 3 seperate and expensive licences just for my own p38's or a horrendously expensive all models licence.

EAS unlock does cover P38 diesels and there is no licence for the earlier versions, it's a free down load.

Please read posts carefully before posting a reply! As stated I already have EAS Unlock and am familiar with its capabilities. My comment was that Version 3, which is a full diagnostic program, does not cover diesels.

OK, the name EAS Unlock misled me, I was not aware that V3 & V4 have additional diagnostic functions so they are a bit more than EAS Unlock. Not only is the diesel not covered, but neither it seems is SRS.
I'd sooner have a Nanocom, it's not locked to one VIN and covers all modules..
