"Better option" is perhaps not the best way to put it, which is the least bad might be better.

Depends what you want? Both are good engines if you know how to look after them and it’s been well serviced - which GBox they have I would let sway my decision more.

Best thing is go and test drive a few, there are plenty l322s around the car sales yards.
