Galvanising HELP! Who have you used?

Good afternoon guys

So i have a winch bumper for my defender that i want galvanising.

I live in the Notts/Derby area and i don't mind driving to drop off the bumper for galvanising.

I was planning on taking it to a place in Nottingham but they told me over email they don't do Land Rover parts because in the past the finish hasn't come out to expectations so have decided not to land rover parts anymore. How odd

Anyway who have you used or can anyone help me with getting it done.

I have had the bumper shot blasted so its clean and rust free!

I went to one of the Wedge plants. They charge a massive premium for landrover parts and did a shocking job of it (in fairness redipped when I complained)

I knew someone who built rugby scrum kit. He wouldn't touch wedge either.

Probably don't want the job & to try & put people off.

They say it's an insurance for them, but still want you to sign a disclaimer.

It's kind of fair as they're going to get more errors than if they're just doing fresh 5 bar gates and drinking troughs, but that still wouldn't account for why the chap who did the scum stuff out if new fresh metal still wanted to drive his kit 100s of miles to get the kit dipped elsewhere, when he had a wedge plant 20 mins away.
