Not yet mate, I will be looking at it the weekend, hopefully it will be a leak off pipe somewhere, cant believe how much it has stained under the car, be great if it is a simple repair. Thanks for your concern.

Just think it has water proofed the underside a touch. So it didn't go through to waste..

Hi Mark - Some success the weekend, the return pipe on injector 6 was split so cut pipe down and put back on the injector, this was probably the leak. However I noticed a pool of diesel sitting around injector 1, the return pipes seem ok and not leaking also main feed pipe does not seem to be leaking. Could the injector be leaking itself or maybe a seal issue?Just think it has water proofed the underside a touch. So it didn't go through to waste..

Only injector liable to leak fuel from body is number four. Odds on it is the spill pipe.

+1, dry it out with paper and monitor it. Check it with a good torch/lamp while it's running or after a run to see if the wet returns.

Could it leak past the copper washer? Mind you, I'd have thought you'd hear that and it'd get blasted all over the place but as a stab in the dark?

The injector atomises the diesel into vapour so should not leak fluid into inj1 well. Some people crack them off and re-torque. I believe this is more peace of mind, and any difference will be due the pipes being taken off/on.
the Spill pipe will likely have pin hole or tiny fracture. Any problems I just change the lot as rest won't be far behind.

Other thing could be top hose has slight leak at head and washes crap into well which seems like diesel/oil

Do not get cheap stuff unless you want to be doing it again very soon. The braided hose stuff is what you want.

Spill pipes, really? However did you guess... You've been reading from post 3 on, haven't you
3.2mm pipe - usually comes in 1m pack. Less than 2m to do map pipe the lot. Should be less than a tenner easy

Put heat shrink on the ends of the spill pipes or cable tie them on it will make them last longer.
