Nowt wrong with a power nap, I used to call it a safety nap and used to do it in plain sight in the office but then I was the boss, and may have been up for more than a long Shift and more.
I can even power nap holding a cup of tea/coffee and not spill it and wake instantly my name is mentioned or I am touched. My Dad used to be able to do it Aswell in his lunch break.
