Stick a bit of tape over the switch so it's pumping as you rod the nozzle. If no luck check the underside of the washer bottle, there will be 2 or 3 little pumps (depending if there's headlight washers). Think it's usually the middle one is rear pump. Pull it out and clean it and check connectors aren't grotty
