Here is our Disco 2 Landmark for sale. Chassis sound I am told by those that have had it in the air to do jobs on it. In the few months we have had it, we have done a couple of things to it.

Stage 1 Alive Tune.
Injector Loom.
Injector Seals.
Glow Plugs.
New Rocker Box Gasket.
New (silent) Diesel Pump and Seal, Plus New Derv Filter.
New Uprated Torque Converter.
Re Built Replacement Gear Box.
New Drive Plate.
New Crank Seal.
Wheels Tracked Up.
New 2 Tyres.
Full Service, All Oils Replaced, Diffs Gearbox Etc.
EGR Removed, Blanking Plate Fitted.
New Sony Radio Fitted With USB.
Front Headlight Guards Fitted.
Replacement Rear Window Fitted. Old One Electric Element Did Not Work. Badly Marked By Wiper.
13 Pin Euro Connector Fitted.
I dare say there may be other minor things done which escape me.

Just for the purists out there, since Gear Box and the Torque Converter were fitted, the Disco has not towed anything at all as our Caravan is up for sale.

Please come and view our Disco if you are in the market for one. Bring your Nanocom and run a test. Bring your bessy mate who thinks he knows Disco's, bring your bessy mate who does know about Dicco's. Likewise goes for the RAC or AA. All welcome to inspect our Disco, no problem.

Tested until May 17th.

I realise that we will never recoup the 7k plus we have spent buying and making the Disco good, but that's life.

Up for sale at £4995. We have decided to cut our losses. £3800 to a good home. So we swerve any auction site fees.

2004. 127k miles, Condition good. Partial service history. Just had full service. 12 months unlimited milleage on Gearbox and Torque converter. All bills for work can be seen, All parts that have been re-newed have been retained for prospective buyer to see.

Apologies for my lax post, my intentions were to try and get viewings. I travelled 95 miles for a viewing on the Disco. You would be hard pressed to find one in better condition.
It's a 2004, 127k miles and to add no roof leaks from the 2 moon roofs, I have never opened them, and never will.
Some service history available. Still struggling to post photos. Any help would be appreciated guys. I am sure I have posted pictures before, but it's got me stumped. The valeter let me down the other day, still waiting for him to turn up.
Any more questions, please ask. I will do my best to answer them.

If anyone is reading this post, I have sent the Disco off for an MOT. Our local garage arranged the MOT and kindly took the Disco for me.

Good news is it passed with three minor advisory's.

1) light oil leak. It must be light because the Disco is on our concrete drive, and there are no drips visible. Not considered excessive.
2) light corrosion near master cylinder, not considered excessive.
3( light corrosion within 30cm of a mounting, not seriously affecting overall security, near side front.

Not bad considering it was born in 2004..

Price reduced to £4400 as advertised elsewhere with a £4000 reserve.

Now selling with 12 months mot. Just been speaking with a fleece bay buyer after the Disco failed to reach its reserve. I understood the final sale % that was taken by the auction site was 1%, but my friend tells me it is a 10% final selling fee. Also P P take a final selling fee as well. Jaysus I might as well give it away.

With this in mind and cutting out fleece bay and its buddy P P.

We have decided to cut our losses. £3800 to a good home. So we swerve any auction site fees.
