hi guys and girls I have a defender 90 300tdi from 1995 from Devon uk

hi archer, i never go by the fuel gauge. '98 110 here, I can get about 375 out of a tank before i need to look for a station. top up full every time and go by the trip mileage. not the advice you were after i'm sure but it works for me.

oh ok yeah I haven't been able to work out the mileage yet but I no it can't be that crash hot but cheers for the tip
