No not fixed yet waiting till I can afford to fix it. Hopefully September. It's off the road at the moment but still keep it running now and again. Still don't know what's wrong with it so think it's a new gearbox

Yer had some concerns the garage din't put the right oil in. Did yer get the auto oil changed?

Yes got that changed with oil from Landrover but it is still the same

Had something similar on my 02 auto td4 end of 2014. F4 and probs to change between 3&4. Went to a supposed specialist in Wales, they just wanted to change with a refurbished box. Got it back eventually, went to Bosch, but a number to big so ahead to LR. They couldn't find a fault code and wanted to change the box for 3k. When I asked them why if they don't even know what is wrong with it or if they'd have a glass ball they recommended Stephens in Ware which was a bit far away, but excellent bloke. They picked the car up for free as I waited for them to deliver another nearby and did the same after fixing. Opened the gearbox changed the bits and pieces as there were metal pieces floating around in the box. Have the gearwheels he gave me still here. Maybe you could ask them, paid just in some rates and got it fixed. First whom I felt was a gearbox specialist and not just blablabla.
