could someone tell me the the colour of heater matrix o rings got new ones that are green and on eBay there black cheers

If there green there vitron ones which are much better don't worry

Vitron for the win!
Vitron are better where heat is concerned. You get them on glass-cups in TIG set-ups.

Viton are black. Green ones are Nitrile and softer. More often used in aircon units.

Apart from these ones which are green of course.

But then there's this.... which as @wammers says says a specialised Nitrile (often made in Green) is used for temperature resistance, and that is not Viton.

Also someone on here told me of a draper long screwdriver and a replacement bolt for the existing screw I can't find the post I've anybody knows it much appreciated will order it today

Allen head bolt is best.

Again from memory, about an inch, but I think that it's open at the back so a slightly longer bolt will not hurt. I coat the stainless bolt in silicone grease in the hope of making removal easier next time.
