I’m in the process of replacing my bulkhead. I’m after replacing all the plastic screw lock bits (I think that’s what they are called).

The part numbers I can find are, CZA4705, and RTC3745. Are there any others required?

Are you putting a galvanised one on? Only ask cos the galv tends to reduce the size of the holes. Anyway, there are some white ones, very similar to the RTC3745 ones. IIRC I think I used some glass paper to rub the sides of the black ones if they wouldn't fit in any of the small holes. :rolleyes:

Yes it is a galved one. I still need to paint it and sort the small amount of plating on the dumb irons, so not in a rush.

Are they the part numbers you used?

Yes, pretty sure they were. I can try and find the other one, that is similar to the small back one, if you want?

If you don’t mind, yes please.

Do you know how many of each are required? I may just buy 20-30 each and be done with it.

I was going to look on my old rebuild thread cos I put a picture of those three plastic screw locks on it and asked for the part numbers :) So, I'm thinking they will be there. However, the search feature on the website wasn't working yesterday. Neither is the Your Threads and Your Posts links, so I can't find it just yet. Once it's fixed I'll have a look.

@mick 1986
Did you find the part numbers? The search feature is still not working on the site. I can start manually going through the pages of threads until I find my rebuild thread if you want. It's about a year and a half back in time, but I'll be able to find it eventually!

Many thanks, neilly. I'm pretty sure I posted a picture of all three of the different blocks lined up and I asked if anyone knew the part numbers. IIRC. someone replied with them all. Not 100% sure though! Anyway, it would have been fairly easy to track it down if the 'Your Threads' or 'search' functions were working. I think BB is after Accy to fix it. Been a while though. Mick 1986 should be able to find them on your allbrit link. :)
