Hi. This is my first post here as I'm a new Range Rover owner, please someone help me!

I have a 2010 Range Rover Sport and since I purchased the car I haven't been able to get the interior lights to work properly when the doors open etc. I have checked the bulbs and fuses and have found the way to switch them from off to automatic but still nothing is working.

The puddle lights do work when the doors are opened although I have found that I'm missing 2 of these from the rear doors, when I move the front ones to the back they works so I assume the wiring is ok.

All 4 map reading lights work correctly so its just the courtesy light in the front, foot wells and boot that Is causing me an issue.

I know its only a silly thing but its driving me mad not being able to sort it.

Thanks in advance for any help.

What if you go into settings menu using steering wheel buttons ?
I have looked in the menu's but it doesn't have any options for the main interior lights, from what ive found out you just push the button on the roof console for a few seconds and it toggles between off and automatic.

Have you found all the various fuses, and I wonder if it’s broken wire in the door slam
I have checked all the fuses in both fuse boxes and none are blown. I don't think its a broken wire as the dash still displays when the door(s) are open and it doesn't matter which door I try it makes no difference.

Try changing your location to give those on here, who may have one, a chance to see if anyone is near you. Or go to the regional lzers forum, near start of list OR go to the stealers and offer up whichever arm you use least in payment for them to plug it in
Decided I quite like my arms so I've taken your advice and changed my location.

Thanks for your help, hopefully someone will point me towards a solution!

@Saint.V8 a guru of high standing (literally) , on these pages, is in your neck of the woods. He is a busy guru these days with baby gurus and wife of guru but he may pop his head in, now his name has been mentioned. Not sure where @holidaychicken is based. Somewhere near docks with Big burly sailors usually, but he may know someone closer to you.
