In Asda the other day this wife shouted at her kid and said "get back here you little bastard" before I kick your fekin teeth down your throat". Saying that , our son was being a little bastard !! aye - I sometimes feel that @wammers and us northern people are misunderstood on here
Not sure if it is just the North. The provinces as a whole are pretty different to London and the South East.
Some would say about 30 years behind the times!
Personally, I like Northern folk, and as I said, my Gran was from Tyneside. Doesn't alter the fact that there is a Norf Sarf divide, and probably always will be.
Think most of the banter on LZ is just a bit of fun, though, I always get on fine with the Norvern members when I meet them.
