Uploading PDF files to the forum?

I'm trying to upload a FWH manual to the forum for general assistance but there doesn't seem to be a way to do it. I've used the Search but can only find references to people asking to be emailed which defeats the point.

Is this something that could be added if not already available?

Does it not allow you to load the pdf using the upload a file button?

No mate got my fingers burnt with a p38 for some reason it's a pdf I've got on my phone but it won't let me upload to test the op's question

I just uploaded from my laptop, so it does work.
