P38 heater will not cool

i have a 2002 P38 diesel Range Rover
having recently changed the "O" rings on the heater matrix pipes i now have a error symbol on the screen and the heater will not go cool on the drivers side
help please

R/H blend motor failed. The lower of the two on R/H side of heater unit.
