Key innards

I have a key fob in which the innards are knackered (I got it like that).

The blade is fine as is the chip, so where's best place to get a new transmitter?

You can only get a complete new fob as far as i am aware.

There are a few repair places on the interweb.

autotronics is one I found when looking at D2 keys.

There are people who purport to repair them here and there. But fitting a new case is a lot different to repairing the innards unless it's a simple reattachment job of a loose component.

I would normally suggest remotekey, but apparently they do not do P38 keys.

Other person who might play with that sort of thing is MartyUK but not sure if he's around at the moment. Rick-the-pick probably can but probably isn't interested?
