Click to expand... i've spoken to james and i'm trying an oil change first, as my symptoms could apparently be sticky valves. got to be worth a try first i suppose...

Yes it is,i used a LUCAS oil i got from ebay,made a huge difference to the gearbox on my P38 autobox.
