I recently posted about rough running of my Freeloader. Symptoms are, difficulty in starting, lumpy tickover i.e the engine rocks about and the exhaust gases smell very much of unburnt diesel. The last time I had a similar problem, the fuel rail pressure sensor connector was dodgy and a small tweak of the electrical connections inside the connector cured the problem. This time, the same fix hasn't worked. I fitted a loom replacement part no. YMQ503320 and this hasn't fixed the problem either. The injectors were re-conditioned about a year ago, just replaced air and crankcase breather filter and cleaned MAF sensor. Could it be the fuel pressure sensor that's dodgy or can anyone suggest anything else I've overlooked?

Forgot to mention, above around 1500 rpm the car runs great and doesn't miss a beat.
