Ta mick [emoji106]prep is wire brush on a drill then brake cleaner to wash and degrease it then a spray etch primer followed by silver paint then lacquer the red is engine paint left over from painting the engine [emoji106][emoji41]

picked up my tdci bulkhead this week of a latish 12 plate rolled fender it was listed as damaged but measures up ok its complete in as much as the clutch pedal has been robed and also some switches and dash binnacle ,has a small amount of rust on the brackets that fasten inner wheel arch to foot well so going to strip to bare and remove said brackets treat rust paint and the re fit brackets and re use tdci dash but make my own clock inset will get piccys on later ,,,slow progress of late still waiting to fit eng and box

thanx robbie, box n engine are getting covered in dust sat on the garage floor waiting for my mates to give me a lift in with them when all our schedules line up ,,lol
