Front Air Vent Flaps

The two which are just below the windscreen on the exterior - I'm just about to order up some new seals but whilst peering on the underside to see how to remove them, I noticed that one opens quite a lot further than the other. So the question is are they adjustable and if so can someone advise on how to do this please.

You need more lube

The self adhesive neoprene strips from ebay make really good seals, easier if you take the flap off, hardest bit is getting the retaining hinge pins out.

Then replace the 'huge pins' with stainless (M5) nuts and bolts!
