Well done mate, looks an interesting truck. Do you know the history?
That's just so cute! I'd just mend it and drive it like that!![]()
Excellent plan, I take my hat off to you sir, enough over-restored LR's about alreadythats the plan, strip it, sort the chassis… then galv it, then same with the bulkhead…… the put all the panels back in original state ……
a proper "reserved, and unassuming" motor :5bdriving:
I'll have your parabolics off next weekend if you want to come collect and see the S1the S2 grille has also been repaired so I'll give it a quick spray of paint for you. You can have any colour........as long as its black
don't forget that big rad
and do you still live just past the outer hebrides, or meet half way ??
(can't wait to see / hear that S1![]()
Will get that out the old series tub for you tooI'm just at junction 36 now unlike the last time
Could meet somewhere if you wanted though, I did take a quick vid of the S1 today before I start on its new exhaust![]()
what tub
yah mean the bonnet ! the better one of the two
having said that, what condition is the "tub" . :scratching_chin:
The green one I chopped up for my 35" tyres and rear radiator
My mate does have a brand new series rear tub skin for the drivers side though, if you can find a passenger side one you're laughing![]()
