Do you mean Hill Descent Control (HDC)? Yellow button on the centre dash? Try fuse 25 in the passenger fusebox.

Take the bugger out of low box and HDC don't work
BTW there's nowt emergency about hill descent control....not if you activate it before you slide down that 1:1 muddy hillside
