Rebuild and tweak turbo...how much?

How much would it cost to rebuild and tweak (alter vanes) a 200 tdi turbo?
anyone had it done and where please

There's a bloke just set up again not far away who used to recon turbo's
He did one for my mates Mini with Metro Turbo engine, we used to drag race a Mini apiece, the one he did was tooo much for the 1300, it was shoving over 17 psi out without touching the boost control, I asked for a something special and boy did he sort it, I got it done cheap and was swapping the job for a set of triple extending ladders (don't ask)
Any way I was wondering what it costs these days before I get back in touch with him and see what he's doing
