As some of you have already been threw this thought I best ask here. I have sold my house and the lady buying it has asked that I remove the oil stain that has sat proudly under my landy (how very dear she) it's took me years to achieve that mess so if anyone knows of any good stuff I can buy as it is very thick thanks.

I was told neat Vosene VO5. brush it in, leave for about 10 mins and hose off.

If it don't work, at least the drains will smell nice

Eucalyptus oil is brilliant for getting oil out of fabric. ( The caravanners standby for the inevitable toe hitch encounter. ) Not a lot of use for your job though as I am sure you can't buy it by the gallon!!!!!!!!!!!!

You mean she didn't notice the oil when she viewed the property? Knock her a tenner off the asking price and tell her what she can do with the "patina" of a secondhand property. :D

I have found best thing is full fat coke (about a cans worth) mixed with the contents of a biological washing tablet, brush in with an old tooth brush and leave for about an hour at least and then rinse away, works every time!

The landy was parked there when she viewed the house and she then put an offer in and came round 1 day when I was out in the landy and she noticed it. Believe me I felt like tell in her to f@#k off.

Will try that sounds cheap and easy.

Use the cheapest bio washing powder mixed with a litre bottle of coke.

Mix it up and scrub it in. Leave for about an hour and then hose off.

Worked a treat on my concrete!
