No such thing as a tax exempt chassis
You can buy a tax exempt bonnet and doors though
since the I.D is linked to the chassis and nowt else, I beg to differ
Should have sold mine like that then but thought it was illegal
perfectly legal
opens the door for naughty peeps to strip nicked landies for the panels/running gear though

It also gives people a legal route to build a series landy from parts.
Seems a fair auction to me, for the condition of the chassis, it's a bit expensive, but, it's an option.
Personally I'd buy a rotten chassis with body parts for the same price then buy a new galv. chassis for it.
