Can someone please tell me what the manifold pressure should be at idle on a 2004 TD4?
Mine reads about 14psi.

That would be about right if its psia, there is no boost at tickover so it would read atmospheric pressure, about 14.5 to 14.8 psia

And what is maximum boost on an un-modified Td4

I measured approx 1 bar boost.....
