These 2 are taking the ****. However if you where to find/buy a really rotten destroyed series and replace everything on it to make it safe again would that not be the same? However I don't think people would mind you putting coils on it!

Judging by the number of log books /V5 with a bare frame or shell available on ebay the police arent really getting a grip on this , so why would they be any better with Landrovers ?

at a guess ( and i'm not an expert btw) it may have been a fully built landie when the test was issued and someone has taken all the top bits off since
