Bucket Seat Fitting

I have the exact same seats as sible and can confirm they are un-comfortable as fu*k going any further than the local supermarket, i took my mint defender seats out to put these in and i hate them now. When im back in the country one of the first things i do will be to get rid of them.

So anyone want a pair of the buckets in the above picture with defender subframes?

WTF? you dont like the ones you have?

There exactly like yours apart from the dont have the orange stripe down the side, that bits black like the rest.

id probably want around £250 with the subframes and harnesses to be honest.

Personally im after a set of Sparco R333s they look comfortable enough, just emailed a few people asking for exrra diamensions to see if I will fit and to see if they will fit the 90 too.

I do really like them. They were a tad out of my price range tho. I got second hand ones off eBay in the end! £77 the pair

For what they were I'm well chuffed. Done a couple of 200 mile journeys in them and they're better than the originals. Quality isn't the greatest I'd expect sparco to be better. They're Eden 2 ??? Never heard of em before but there was a new pair up for £650. The black ones I had in the 90 were£100 vinyl no name ones but amazingly good! But the R333 win hands down on looks

Sounds good! 200 miles and still comfy sounds good. The standard Defender seats did get annoying after 75m... Seemed like you where talking about a few different seats there, are the sparcos comfy?

I fitted these and I would say they are really comfy and as per pic they sit flush with seat box when right back. They are FORSALE as I want some plain black seats instead .....

I've never sat in the sparcos, just love the look of them!
The blue suede ones in the freelander are Eden 2. Very comfy and supportive for off road and long journeys.
The black vinyl ones were also very comfy and better built even tho they had no name.
A friend had a 90 with cobra monacos in black vinyl. Which always looked the part but were really uncomfortable.
