Hi there everyone. Just joined this forum having lurked around for some months previously. Nice place you have here. I bought a Freelander mk1 1.8 petrol in haste last December and realise now it was a mistake. I'm now looking around for a REAL Landy, hence my request for recommendations in the General forum. I used to buy and sell mk2 and mk3 Landies in the 80s but am baffled at the choice available today and badly need some advice as to what to go for! homework prior to purchase would've been an idea

and the landies you used to sell were almost deffo series not marks

It's such a shame about the FL. Great concept, nice looking motor; just a shame about the Chinese bits and whatnot.
