scrap it ....break it fer parts ........id say oi you nnaaaawwww!!!it needs to be restored its crying out fer a bit of TLC after its grafted its bollix off for a lifetime and got no thanks for it

it needs to be given a new chance and besides

restoring a series and seeing it take shape is like watching a child grow up ....exept the landy wont get ****y and call yer a cnut then ask for a lift home at 3am on a fookin saturday night :D:D

On this one i'm with johnny - besides.... the woman i got it from would only sell it to me when i rashly promised that i would only restore it and not break it for parts.
....and a gentlmans word is 'is bond SAH!
-on another note, i'll take all your advice about hoodwinking 'er in doors' on board an' mull it over :beer2:

restore it this is my last one a 1962 s11a swb, bought it as a 2.25 diesel with a galv chassis stripped it all down to the chassis, painted the chassis black, stripped and rebuilt the axles ad fitted 11" brakes to the front, recon'd the g/box and fitted it in then fitted my recon'd 2.25 petrol in it out of my s111, bought a doner car for better body panels and better bulkhead but still needed work which was done, then resprayed it in bronze green with limestone roof.

here is some pics when it was finished :D:D

ooh luverly! - if my ol' girl looks half as good as that when it's finished i'll be glad!
-Although i want to try and keep this one as 'original' as possible - just 'cos i'd like to have at least one landy i can take to a vintage show (get lots of 'em up ere in darkest Aberdeenshire!)- shows that is!
