Aluminium Thickness of Bodywork??

As above, im buyin sheet alu to make the bulkhead for my 110 DC.

I reckon its approx 1.2mm? i know its not a big deal but id like to get as close as possible to the correct stuff

1.2 is the normal thickness, wouln't go wrong with 2.

Depends on year of vehicle as the defenders are thinner! than the early 90/110 HTSH

Use ns4 1.2 alloy sheet nice and strong but still workable

Haha, fook off, im a poor student the lighter the stuff the better too as it will keep the weight down

@ Pressbrake: sound out, looks like this weekend is going to be a busy one , ive ordered a rounded roof section to make the DC roof, in the process of getting buying a truck cab rear section, and then all i need is the body capping and some alu and ill be roof off and half the thing taken apart
