Malteser whose been lurking - wants to join the discussion

Hi all,

I'm from Malta (where in their condition all our roads are actually offroad ...got my Defender 90 a couple of years back and loving every moment of it. Been lurking on these forums quite a while, looking around to get a lot of information from here. I've always managed to get a lot of stuff simply by Googling stuff on this forum.

Now I'd like to actually start asking around a little bit. I'm trying to give my defender a bit more oomph (cash permitting), since it is now completely standard. Since I'll be start getting some kit, and I'm a huge noobie, I hope I can get some patience and help from you guys!

Hi and welcome, I'm a noobie to the forum too. I'm guessing by your name you live in Attard? Love Malta, been there 5 times, but I am biast (check spelling) as I have family in Malta.

Nope, my surname is actually Attard (which is incidentally a locality too). There are quite a few Defenders and quite a good AWDC ... I've already seen a few maltese users around already.
