Water getting into the boot !!!!

For some reason water is entering through my P38 boot & seems to be sitting in the spare wheel compartment.

The boot seal is all ok as i have checked thoroughly.

Has anybody got any ideas on where this could be coming from as i'm at my wits end

Boot seal where upper and lower tailgates meet. See Landrover Tech bulletins for fix.

I have checked the upper & lower tailgates where they meet & it's not coming from there.

On the side trim in the boot on the drivers side there is a slight dampness along the bottom, any ideas where this could be coming from ??

Yeah the seal where the upper and lower tail gates join. You need to download RAVE. Tech bulletins should be with that. You need Tech bulletin 0011 issue 1 dated 18.03.98. The lip that the seal sits on has to be bent outwards 5mm.
