Hi folks,
I have an 09 Discovery XS. This is my first Land Rover/Discovery. It was at the dealer yesterday for a minor issue and the good people of the dealership took the opportunity to have look 'round the whole vehicle. They now tell me that I need to replace my rear brake pads as I have only between 4-600 miles left on them. Seeing as the car is less than 3 years old and has about 24000 on the clock I am a bit concerned about the need to replace these already. I am not an aggressive or fast driver so don't need to whack on the brakes hard very often. My driving is predominately road. I do realise I am stopping a 2 ton vehicle, but I would be grateful for views/advice about brake pad changes at this stage in the vehicle's life.
Cheers!
Rick
