Going to change the interior light (not swithced on the light itself) . But how is it fixed to the roof! Looks like some white plastic expanding clips which come down through holes into light fitting, one broke already. Any advice please?

You need to remove or ease down the roof lining as it is fixed from the back and sandwiched between roof lining and steel plate :D

Did this today. As mentioned above there is a small plate behind the roof lining and two self tappers come down into the white plastic bits of the new light. Had to break the old ones off. Undo the retaining bar above the rear pick up window and also remove the two big threaded white screws above inside drivers door which hold roof lining in place. You can then ease down lining to get one, or even two hands above it. You can then retrieve plate. To fix new one, put plate in position and then drop a screw through the hole, offering up the new light. You can just about screw the screw down inot white plastic insert with a stubby scredriver. Repeat for the other one an it's done. I put a large piece of tractor tyre inner tube above the light fitting between the roof lining and roof. Hopefully will stop it earthing when any condensation and light coming on all on it's own which is often a problem.
So all quite straightforward if not somewhat fiddly. If you have a friendly gynaecologist they'll do it in a flash for you.
