roof on series 111 the same as 90 ?

Hi, does any one know if the roof from a series 111 will fit on a 90 (1989) plate. Or can it be adapted to fit ? Cheers.

no, a 90 is.....um.....longer than an 88. Its possible to shorten a roof but making it longer is gonna take some time and thought.

Yeah, my doors are more than 2 inch gaps. Whack some sealer on it, it will be fine.

It wouldn't fit anyway the top of a series widscreen is flat but a 90 is curved at the corners.

Why not swop the windscreen, bulkhead, rear tub, engine and gearbox. When thats all done you might as well change the chassis and have a 1989 series 3 with a nice roof

It won't - from what I've heard (and will be examining to do so) is that an 88" sides fit on the rear panels of a 110 whilst the 90 doesn't - thereby implying they're not the same...
