Hi, After much messing around with all sorts of new bearings, new tensioner, THE PENNY TRICK, stripped thread in block, new dayco belt, change of power steering pump pulley & pump, genuine lan rover belt and it was still bloody squeeking.... I tell you this really drives me mad, well I have finally fixed this with a simple fix, use a Gates Aux belt, they are made of a softer rubber and compensate for the landy's poor tolerances within pulley's & tensioner. I hope this is of assistance to the weary few who still have to put up with this, good luck.:)

If know one posts an answer in here for others to read and to assist others like the title says what is the point of it, sorry but way to strict here for me.

Theres a guy on here telling about gas and other useful stuff but I am sure he could trawl through this forum and find something similar, I also see other items which can be put on another title; with respect.. get a grip mate.

Yes, me too! (P38) Changed belt, replaced tensioner - what did you say came next?
I've been told that the (reduced) squeal could be due to a bearing in the turbo; what do you think?
